One of the best fighting comics out there.

I watched the film, Crows Zero, years ago and I plain didn't like it - perhaps I was expecting something else?Anyway, I basically shunned this whole series due to that live-action, so all I'm going to advise you all is:

This was great but it really should've ended with the last arc - it's really been dull and kind of directionless since then.

It used to be fanslation; now some groups are trying to turn it into a business.

Don't get me wrong - I obviously read "pirate" comics and I watch "pirate" films, but paying a pirate for copies isn't cool. If I did that, I'd just buy a DVD! The whole point of fanslations is bringing the work to readers who otherwise couldn't read it... and if a manga proves popular enough, it pretty much always gets turned into a cartoon (and don't think for a moment producers don't use pirate figures when pitching).

Pah. I wrote a lengthy comment, the website told me I wasn't logged in (even though it let me make the comment!) and I lost the post.

Well, long story short: no matter how much I've enjoyed this until now, that dude being stabbed and dying has really drained the fun out of this for me. Before, this was unrealistic, crazy fun (damned hilarious too), whereas now, all the acting tough and beating each other up to be number one has been highlighted as being stupid and a waste of life.

Orignally, MC was just an OP dude who took no shit and stood up to villains - so he was easy to get behind.
Now though, it's a bunch of dickheads thinking they're yakuza-in-training.

Is the final arc really going to be some dip-shit 1st year leading the skinheads?
