Yeah, this arc feels really, really out of place because we know Potimas plans to destroy the world but for some reason he teams up with Ariel to save it, then for some reason the pope teleports in to help as did the dragons in an Avengers team up kind of subplot but for some reason, none of the troops and resources used in this arc advance or hinder any of the characters' plans in future scenarios nor was this team up ever brought up again
