Since it was a year ago I'm not going to add to the comments below, but I will include my own observation. Most people in the western world have no concept of what its like to live in a society with nobles, I'm sure some Untouchables could comment as I know a few online who read manga, but in those societies looking someone in the eyes could get you beaten, not arguing with them, just looking at them. It was a world that is completely foreign to most people now.

I know in Japan they mix all kinds of meat with beef to make Hamburgers or Hamburg Steaks, but the only time I've ever had beef and pork mixed here is in Meatloaf, which is really good and. I'm surprised nobody has ever mixed them in a big way here. Ground pork costs 1/4 what any grade of Ground Beef is nowadays. Maybe its time I try it.
