99% of the time she would have been correct. If the Great Dark Sage couldn't make it through, then most A class wouldn't be able to. Our MC just happened to have the one skill group an E class could use to get through it. Seeing all those souls leaving after MC killed to Soul Reaper kind of proves her right. He's just the 1% of the 1% who could make it.

I get what you mean, I didn't really understand it when my kid got into JJBA to the exclusion of everything else. But now that has passed and they've returned back to their roots of Zelda, Skyrim, and Pokemon, but I got them to watch the Apothecaries Diary recently and they totally enjoyed that. For me it was punk rock and underground comix, but when Akira came out in the theater it totally blew my mind. But I didn't stop with the other stuff, it just added a new flavor to enjoy.
