So over here an ATAR is your ranking out of the state, maybe country, and so your ATAR is valid for one year and it’s to get into a uni, it goes from 0-99.95, since you can’t be the best, because there are many people who are doing the best. Every year every student doing year 12 scored VCE gets an ATAR after their school year, those doing un scores don’t do exams and don’t get an ATAR.
