The issue isn't the civilian deaths but how permissive he is about them. It's one thing to weigh that these ten lives aren't worth as much as the potential victims and another to kill those civilians yourself because they were a hindrance to your objective. During his time as a chairman there were several hero mass murderers, killings and fights between heroes and a general lack of safety for the average civilian. There need to be consequences when a person in power kills a more vulnerable part of the population otherwise all life becomes insignificant ; Some people do need to die for the greater good, don't get me wrong, and some casualties are unfortunately what could be considered the best possible outcome but that doesn't mean it should be accepted as the norm nor brushed off because erasing crime by making it legal doesn't make it less bad, it just makes it trivial

That's because his only answer is arrogant violence. He doesn't compromise even if it were to make for a better solution and is overall stiff and unmoving in self destructive beliefs.

Red and yellow peppers are sweet so it makes for a nice contrast with the salt. Carrots get soft when boiled they pair well with tomato sauce, my favorite way to cook them is in tuna sauce with pasta : Cut some onions and cook them in a pot for a few minutes, add tomato sauce or mashed tomatoes, wait for i to heat up, add some oregano and laurel leaves then put in canned tuna and diced or cut, wait for it to boil and enjoy with some pasta.
Here's a recipe for fried zucchinis coming directly from home, Greece :

Ingredients
4 Zucchinis Medium, shredded
1/2 Medium Red Onion chopped
3 tbsp Dill Fresh, chopped
2 tbsp Mint Fresh, chopped
2 tbsp Chives or Scallions Fresh, chopped
1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
1.5 cup Flour Self Rising is best but All purpose will work too
2 Eggs beaten
4 tbsp Cooking oil for frying or more depending on the size of your pan
Instructions
Shred the zucchinis and place them into a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for a 1/2 hour;
Using a colander, squeeze out the excess moisture from the zucchini and place it back into the bowl; (Tip: & this is very important if you want crispy fritters, the less moisture from zucchini the better);
Chop the onions and add to the bowl;
Chop the herbs (dill, mint & chives) and add to the bowl;
Add feta cheese into the bowl and mix it all together;
Beat eggs and add to your zucchini mixture;
Add flour and mix it all together;
Heat up a heavy skillet (I prefer cast iron, as this distributes the heat evenly) and add some cooking olive oil (Tip: this is one of the most important steps if you want to achieve crispy fritters, both the skillet and the oil need to be super hot);
Once the oil is hot, using spoon add a tablespoon of the mixture to the pan (Tip: do not overcrowd your pan, as the introduction of too much of the mixture will cool off your oil);
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on the first side, until golden brown, then flip and cook on the opposite side;
Continue with the remaining zucchini mixture until all the fritters are cooked.
Serve with tzatziki or Greek yogurt. Enjoy.

Zucchinis are very commonly eaten in Greece but this one is my personal favorite. There are plenty of good recipes with vegetables in greek cuisine, just google whatever vegetable greek recipe and you'll get plenty of easy ones too. Mainly for zucchinis, tomatoes and eggplants

I thought him dying and coming back was unlocking the immortal function and before it was more of a short and dangerous sort of boost, like adrenaline sobering you up for a moment and then you go back to being drunk. After dying he's more three drinks in instead of five and he can use the immortal function to completely sober up again... Does that make sense ?

For peppers (green, red and yellow), zucchinis and carrots you can salt them a little, cut them into bite size pieces or a little bigger,, fry them in a pan (very little to no oil at all) in low heat until the part in contact with the pan blackens a bit and serve them with a bit of balsamic vinegar.
Otherwise boiling them is easy but bland
