Fujimoto is the opposite of Gege. The Chainsaw Man series has no clear goal other than to make Denji and Pochita suffer. For this reason, I'm extremely confident Chainsaw man won't ever have an ending lol

The way she was talking I'm thinking she is going to make some moves on the MC. MC is undoubtedly going to have to carefully juggle two difficult personalities, I see jealousy on the horizon.

So did you know right after Sukuna's death that the story would end in just 5 chapters? If you knew that this story would end right after the death of Sukuna why didn't you tell anyone?!?

In all seriousness, if you read my comments and the comments of others you will see that we wanted this story to continue so that Gege can continue cooking. If this ending gave you a sense of "completeness" then good for you. As for me I still consider this a great story, but with what I personally feel is an abrupt ending. I respect Gege's decision to end it because no doubt making a story is hard and stressful.

I find myself pinning and favoriting manhwas and manhuas more often than manga titles. Even if the stories are more trash, sometimes adding color to the product makes all the difference. I know this is a controversial take, but I feel like I'm not alone in this sentiment.

I'm not saying it's on the same level! All I'm saying is that Gege set up a foundation for something much more grand. The POTENTIAL for Jujutsu Kaisen and what this series could have been will never be realized. I think I'm not the only one that's disappointed that this series had an early end.

Of course it isn't. I meant the foundation was set up to make it a world as grand and intricate as LOTR. A foundation that ultimately will never be built upon. Gege created a universe filled with cursed spirits, sorcerers, fantasy rules, ect.

The greatest mystery to me is why Gege would stretch the fight out for so long and then abruptly decide to finish it all off in 5 chapters. Gege set up the foundation and lore to make this series on par with Lord of the rings, Harry potter, Naruto, Bleach, ect. Gege decided not to address all the rules set up in the culling games, address Jujustu Kaisen politics more in depth, and flesh out all the mysteries we still wanted to know about. I guess Gege decided that this won't be one of those stories somewhere along the way during the fight with Sukuna.

We all inevitably wanted more out of this ending but this is what we got. The fact that we experienced heated arguments in the comments, cheered on super hyped chapters, and mourned collectively on sad chapters shows how much this series meant to us at one point or another. Sure it's sad we didn't even get a Gogo funeral but at least we get to see Sukuna turn into a softie. I look forward to arguing with you guys over something stupid in the next hit series!!
