this is the type of series you read when its 7am and ur sippin on some coffee, listening to steve lacy. i love it.

yeah her character is one of the most unique ones ive seen in a while, if done properly it could be amazing. lets just hope they dont over complicate it, ive seen so many interesting characters with unique traits get ruined by doing too much. fingers crossed.

i think its more of two different beings residing in her body, otherwise why would they refer to themselves in third person with things like "doing this in a childs body" or "lets meet again gu" etc. idk maybe im looking too much into it. (edit: also she was still conflicted with killing him in the past life, so i doubt she would do it a second time.)

man, this is beautiful. the fact i dont understand mahjong but could still feel the weight and intent behind every move makes me insanely impressed, not to mention the great characters and stories behind the focus. the only bad thing about this manga is the fact is the premise it revolves around being nische outside of japan (maybe even inside japan after all it is a form of gambling) even though it has that set back, the execution was phenominal. very underrated manga i enjoyed it the whole way through. :)
