It was from a post of the author or him talking about tower of god, he basically said that tog was just a small part of Tales User Story (the bigger world outside), Phantominum is basically an Axis which basically transcribes to ''he is an author'' in that universe, he is not meant to be in the tower and his presence alone could destroy the tower! You can watch YouTube videos about Phantominum they are really interesting as it just gives you a better understanding on what tog is and the world building

I just love how Urek calls Bam a baby! Remember Urek was chasing after Phantominum, who is top 5 strongest even beyond the tower or if you wanna say where the irregulars and more come from... Ik Urek isn't as strong since Phantominum could enter and leave the tower however he wants from what we know (unlike Urek) but this just shows Urek is a beast so to me he probably whipes Zahard mid-diff at most
