My Dearest Self with Malice Aforethought and A Suffocatingly Lonely Death. The writing there doesn't often lead to villains as somewhat cartoonish like in spica. Make no mistake though, I do enjoy Spica for what it is, and maybe we will eventually find some more interesting villain

I wish we had some more complex motivations for villians but I guess this series is not intended to be as mature as the other 2

Didn't expect that honestly, or more like I didn't expect her to not kill anyone at all. was too focused on the killings after that I didn't question the killings before

I thought it might have been swapping between them and allowing the killer to kill, but it turns out the guard was killing them herself? also boy is back to being stupid, he was investigating but for terrible reasons

I think there's a decent chance that person hunting love eaters is also either a real one or a love eater. So I don't think there is going to be someone purely going for it because of romantic feelings(initially at least, we already can see some feelings becoming more real over time)

Edit: actually looking back at the "weekend with everyone" arc there's a slight inconsistency, he already reached the conclusion none of them were sincere and that the human one is likely the one hunting love eaters, but then approaches the one who he thinks is the human and tells her about that(which would expose every single love eater to the supposed hunter according to his theory). Back then he was certain 4 love eaters were within the group and now one might not be. I am afraid I'm just going to call out the author's writing at this point. Also I do think the one hunting love eaters has a higher chance of being a love eater too now which begs the question:" how is the fifth human still ends up being insincere" because we know it's likely heading there

At this point it could have been the murderer herself if she's just switching places around with her guard

At the end of last chapter it looked like he doubled down but guess he just wanted to investigate

I mean the story doesn't have to go on for long , save Uichi, find the mastermind and make sure Yotsuha goes back to surgery too. Those are the 3 goals and 1 is at the best timeline. so only mystery is mastermind, and finding out more about the other characters who we don't understand yet(that girl who helped, the brother and the bullied kid). could happen in 30-50 chapters

edit: well I guess also the bullies from middle school too, forgot about them until I saw them again this chapter

I think it will be a draw or mutual destruction if hilde doesn't participate in the current fight. hence why I feel a 14th battle for Nostradamus and Goll is coming afterwards.

I'm surprised Odin is fighting now. So what's the last fight going to be? maybe Rasputin and Hilde for 13th and then another battle with Nostradamus vs Odin again

Nah at this point it's more likely we get another round of fighters, Odin definitely doesn't seem like the type to respect humanity after this psycho outburst.
