They didn't say that at all. All they said was they are a special race of beast people and that he still looks like a kid at level 32. The only thing it added to the story was making people feel sorry for kid. This also brings up the point: Do beast people age? Because in the other world Raphtalia lost her levels and went back to being a kid. Even if it was put into the story early on the mechanics of it are super vague, the author uses it like some sort of deus ex machina kinda like the potion MC pulled out of his ass this chapter.

This MC stopped streaming and had like a mental breakdown over some viewers or something. You think he will finally grow a spine and assert himself this soon?

It's probably like 70% a pervy thing. There is no reason to have the gimmick, other than that or giving the author a way to switch between cute mascots and hot fighter.I feel like the author just goes back and forth to gage how the readers react.

Then why is that new kid level 32 and still looks like a kid? It was just some BS mechanic the author came up with to let the 12 year old raphtalia be a love interest. Or however old she is.

Gotta be relatable to the reader or let the reader project onto the MC. That's probably why.

Because he can regenerate? They literally said why they did that in the chapter.

The turns have tabled

Not only that, it's the logistics of it all. How do they move all of it efficiently, how are they pumping up so much crude oil etc. I know Japan is really good at processing it but they aren't the ones digging it up. I guess this just shows that this is a military focused story. Well I guess a defense force focuses one since Japan doesn't have a military.

Right. I forgot they hand waved a lot of that away it was so lame I wiped it from my mind. The author only wants to show off the JSDF. The dwarf kingdom just happens to have so much fuel it can keep all of Japan afloat. Kyona happens to have spare food for over 100 million people.
