Now it really depends on how they proceed going forward. I see 2 choices that boil down to.

1. Kill all demons, even Camyu.

2. Deus ex machina save Camyu.

Now those 2 are choices without nuance so it will depend on how the choice gets fleshed out. I don't really care whether Camyu gets killed or saved but how its done. If he decides to kill Camyu to ensure the demon dies I hope he can internalize his failure and works to not repeat it by thinking he can do it all alone, and starts to actually foster his relationships (I'm thinking barbarian girl here, she could easily be another 'failure' if she always gets shut out like Camyu did).
If Camyu is saved, I hope he learns the same lesson and perhaps starts introducing the Saintess to Night Hound's mission.

Yeah it's very likely a alternate version of the Yellow Turbans/Scarves but it might also be different since the yellow scarve rebellion happened around 184 and this story is far later in history and if I remember right in the beginning it was said that because of the Martial Arts the then Empire (I want to say it was the Han empire but I might just think that because of the yellow scarves) was able to survive, even thrive what was supposed to be its end as we know it.

So either the yellow scarves have spent centuries formenting rebellion
or
the Yellow Scarves happened much later because of differences in history
or
it's a successor movement inspired by the original Yellow Scarves
or
it could also be a completely new thing like how the Demonic martial artists seem to be from the previous empire, these guys too could be similar.
