60 kg is frickin nothing. If we consider that she regularly does exercise at the gym, that means she must have at least decent muscle density, which also adds to weigth (muscles is twice as heavy as fat). There is simply no way she is this chubby at 60kg.
Goddamn, japanese people are overly obsessed with weigth. Systemically, they put characters at ridiculously low weights. It's not even that good of a metric for fat! There's so many other factors which come into play!
