Pretty fair analysis. I would've like them to have a major battle in the war, which brings both sides to a temporary stand still (which happens irl). This would give us time to transition into a proper war arc without threat of another random interruption. One month feels insufficient for what he's trying to do. A year or 9 months would've felt great and is realistic in warfare scenario. I feel like other characters in this series are too weak and that time would also allow them to improve. I'm not sure if I like Arthur having to be responsible for everything when we're supposed to have stronger assets helping us. Across the board we need to see a steady and fair power increase so we can actually transition into a proper war arc. 😭. I don't think you necessarily need to be omniscient or that they need to be stupid. Even the most cunning make mistakes and it's pretty hard to always avoid the view of camera surveillance. While I think it's a difficult task I do think it's pretty doable if you diverge enough resources. (Which is realistic if public security is at risk) Driver especially didn't let it slide. I think teleportation is difficult to deal with but I don't think it's so overpowered that there's no counter for it.

Tbh that's all the more reason to do it. A failed attempt is still pretty valuable data and you would be able to learn a lot of information from your losses. It just kinda makes sense to attempt it whether it fails or not. (Obv easier said than done but I expect that level of skill from public defenders.)

You can't estimate someone's behavior but you can make realistic plans given the overarching circumstances. If your plan is to catch somebody then you would just map out different tactics that you could use to do so. (One of which could be cutting of escape routes). There's no way the teleport is too overpowered because then they would've already made a mess at lampas. It doesn't mean they'll necessarily catch them but it makes more sense than charging at force that defeated the money king.
