I think the Angel in the tattoo is the Angel Raguel, which is the Angel of Justice and often times used in Judicial and Law Enforcement seals across the world. (She is often times the Angel depicted holding scales and a sword) . The next target might have something to do with high ranking Law Enforcement or Judicial branch of Korea.

Man I love the characterization of One Armed Jack. He won his war with Jorge but only because the Nobles stepped in, thus he truly won nothing in that war because he is under their boot. This leaves him with a profound sadness in his realization that he has no power.

The Princess needs to take better care of that bird, it don’t look so good.

I am going with the Count Knight. He is rather obvious but then let’s be real manga artists tend to be a tad lazy with the tropes and he fits the trope of the Uber valiant knight/tough guy who is actually a traitor
