And the reason he turned to stone was because he challenged the Stone Golem because the Golem defeated his friend Layla was also cool (Don’t worry this not a spoiler, it’s just an extra content omake). The way he was still cheerful even after being trapped for 1000 years as if he doesnt have an ounce of regret of going through that hell for trying to save his friend is also so cool. Truly the magnificent Victoreem.

The reason Gash managed to get 6 out of 30 by himself is ironically because he’s weak. Most of them ran with their tails between their legs at the mere mention of Brago and a few powerful ones, so the strong actually rarely met anyone and spent too much of their time tracking down anyone. While Gash got every demons swarmed him because they thought it’d be an easy win for them

That Thunder Dragon stuffs is interesting. So Baou Zakeruga wasnt just a spell that looks like a Dragon, it was a real Thunder Dragon, grown and nurtured by the previous King and inherited by Gash. Now Gash is trying to hatch a new Thunder Dragon, his own grown Baou Zakeruga.

Funny that Cross Guild is actually well thought. Both Croc and Mihawk are super strong, but both lacked ambitions. I mean, Mihawk is already the strongest Swordsman in the world and that was all he cared about, but he doesnt have any vision beyond that. Both of them lacked the drive to go further than where they currently stands. And my boy Buggy really dragged them out of their comfort zones.

Ironically, aside from his mental illness, Jeffrey the first prince along with his fiancee was the most fitting to be the ruling monarch. Art change is better. I found the old arts to be a bit static and rather expressionless. Like copy pasting the same expression again and again for too many panels. New arts is definitely more expressive.
