Joke aside I love Aka Akasaka and how he tackle mental issues in a various way. He is truly one of the best modern manga writer, who actually tackle modern problem in a such interesting way and still offer very unique setting and story.

Kon is such a lil bitch character that i would 100% hate if she was written by other author. She introduced as all knowing all popular girl like Haruno from oregairu or that bitch from Koe no Katachi. Her redempetion is not feel cheap, like other character just said, "oh she actually nice, she helped once" or "what, she actually trying to help us all along? But her personality just bad?"

But Aka Akasaka actually showed us, how she interact with people, how she interact with client, how other people perceive her, how she perceive herself, all her mental trauma and past. And she being bitch just to distancing people she actually care and afraid to hurt. She can only opened up with Mari and her boss because she knew they are safe even when she interact with them. Its really nice all the hostility towards Pon is not just some shit tsundere troupe, but actually real problem she have and an actual conscious decision she made so Pon did not go after her.

And those are usually considered informal even rude depends on the context, which is align with Harold's way of speaking.
