The monarchs aren't gods, but just leaders of their respective species. Kaguya wasn't a god, but a ghost on her way to become one(also she traveled worlds). The new girl in Boruto with all-seeing is one though, but I don't see anybody killing her anytime in the future. Shen long is a god the most and the actual god of that planet is more like an administrator. Also Goku is a isekai mc without knowing it. The saiyains effectively industrialising the benefits of sending children to other worlds.

She only does it on a local scale. Demigod at most. She is also very bound to the rules of reality. She is on her way to becoming one and world/dimensions hoping. So isekai mc becoming god is still applicable.
