Okay I finally finished rereading ippo. I dropped this manga when ippo retired but I got curious so I started from chapter 1 again.

Broooo.... After so many chapters, ippo is still retired?? lol Welp, time for me to drop this manga again. I'll probably reread it again next year. Hopefully ippo will step into the ring again by then lol. If not, I'll punch a wall!

I love this manga but I do have some complaints.

First of all, I want more out of ippo's gym mates especially itagaki. Like bro, itagaki is a genius but lately he's been lame. It's probably because he has no motivation because ippo is retired. Besides that, I want more out of Aokimura. I mean, what happened to Aoki's goal to go after Iga?? Iga lost to Mashiba and then what? Is Iga still Aoki's goal??

Talking about Mashiba, I was really really happy to see his growth from a problematic boxer to a prideful one. But bro..... Now he has to retire too?? Awww come on! He was so close!

My prediction is, Sendo will lose this fight and forced to retire too haha then miyata will be moved by his fight and challenge Ricardo and won! When ippo sees miyata getting the belt, ippo will finally step into the ring but that would be the last time. Regardless he wins against miyata or not, he would retire and this manga would end. That is my prediction. Let's see how it turns out next year!

I have one more complaint... Come on ippo! Get together with Kumi already! It has been so long! I know Mashiba got in the way but Kumi and ippo should have just meet at ippo's house. Ippo's mom will get out of the way lol. Just stick your giant log into her now! But with Mashiba now forced to retire because of injury, I bet Kumi will not want to see ippo again for a long time. Sigh..... This is so frustrating....
