i can ride bike very well, but when i learn how to ride a motorcycle for a first time i need to learn new set of skill and knowledge to do it and it not instant i need to train how to do it well, like how much throttle i need, how hard i need to break, it's just like i learn to ride bike all over again.

i would say, maybe, but not really. if they are had all of proper knowledge of how to operating it then maybe it possible, but not really because of external factor like weather, etc. if they are don't have any of proper knowledge at all or at least the basic then it's just almost impossible.
