Nothing goes his way regarding Qingcheng, so Shaoyu resorts to using his position as son of the sect leader to force Qingcheng to dual cultivate with him and become his wife. Despicable scum and hypocrite “righteous” cultivator.

Zhuo Fan is OP by that point—in many ways. He, in his fury, did everything in his power to get her back—she is safe dww. For more details on how this happened, I suggest reading the LN or wait for manhua chapters, since it’s too good to spoil 😩👌

it’s somehow worse than that but also better than you’d think 😭—a higher ranked sect cultivator does try to steal her, but he gets put down pretty quickly and becomes more respectable, BUT the biggest danger to Qingcheng actually lies dormant in her own sect (a righteous sect, shockingly) a ton of chaos will ensue in the future either way 🙏
