I'd say it's actually pretty good and the only thing holding it back is a mediocre art style lol.
The universe is pretty interesting, the characters are funny and are written quite well. For me it's pretty similar to Cowboy Bebop, but murim instead of a western and I'm pretty sure it was the author's intention.
