@Kaim_the_Fang_Enjoyer, the % are based on reductions for effect so finding one on a good piece of gear is helpful, not just that but when talking about health% recovery. higher level ppl get greater effect eg lvl1 player may start with 8000 health while a lvl300 would have 64,000hp (or more) thus 10% doesnt help the low lvl but becomes op high tier. Thats not even talking about the fact that its considered a "cosmetic"(item used for looks that "hides" bad looking equipment) that gives buffs.

This would also make him hostile with other kingdomS for worry of 1 a new alliance gaining him more power and 2 for fear of meddling in the affairs of their kingdom as this would be the 2nd kingdom he has fought with.
