Yeah the TL's were way behind. Official English translations generally release in volumes rather than individual chapters, so looks like the latest volume(s) dropped and overtook the unofficial TL's.

I get this one confused with the other manga where MC's an apostle that trained under a king of the past that also had black hair.

Honestly, this should have ended a long time ago - around chapter 117 imo. It went a bit weird after that.

Not really a fan, the huge weirdly drawn nips just put me right off, amongst the many other questionable art choices.
