--8.5/10 Part 1: One of the best crime fighting, mystery manga I have read, excellent plot and character background, Recommended.
--6.5/10 Part 2: One of the non-sensical endings I have seen. It makes me so angry that this is yet another case of Japanese mangaka not knowing how to end their fantastic stories. NOT recommended.

Just so you guys know, the villain of the second part is Rika, the stupid daughter
I am not going to say anything but when you come to the ending, you will find yourself disgusted

Exaclty, mc has a son, an ageing wife, and live in a japanese society where you are judged heavily

She is not thinking what would happen to her little brother, not thinking what image will be left of her family, she may even be kicked out of the police force for being "too righteous" etc.
