I think Oak is trying to see if she's a worthy candidate for his new master, he's putting her through tests. That's why he's not outwardly saying you can't do xyz or you're dead to me, instead he challenges her actions and beliefs and only helps her when she is in trouble

No what I described is not fluff, its important to the narrative and motivation for the fights. If there was no reason for the hunts, I wouldn't care about them. If the characters had no reason to be there, I wouldn't care about them. That's not fluff. Fluff is things that don't need to be included, synonym would be filler arc, the tea party is filler arc, doesn't need to be included, the sister was never an obstacle, not important to the story at all, feels added on. The meek girl was already good on her own, did not need to force artificial character growth, they could of given her one magic that maybe she isn't confident in and she uses it to protect the group at a dire moment, that would of done the same thing as this 3 or so chapters of tea party with a sister character that I care nothing about

The only male witch you mean? Because it is meant to show him as different, its a show don't tell, why is he the only male, to show how his way of doing things is so different than what the reader would consider magic battles. Why is the girl leader so confident, because she captured more than anyone else, they said that briefly, no fluff, maybe that's why you missed it. The dude joined cause the world hater is too strong, and they need a collaborative hunt, again explained briefly by the future seeing witch. I'm starting to see a pattern that if they don't dedicate a whole chapter to it, you don't pay attention. I can see that fluff is meant for people like you to follow along, but it doesn't make my statement of skipping the fluff less valid for myself. I'm glad the fluff helps people like you, but I rather get to the magic hunts already and see what new ways he will use to capture the magic beasts, that's why I started reading the story about hunting magic beasts, I didn't see the description and think, "I hope they have time for tea parties in the middle of it." Hope you can see my point of view now, without thinking that I'm against your point of view.

She had 6 bullets, they noticed that one was used, being the one to save her flying big sister, so after the first trip she only had 5 left.

That means en's group is still alive in the monster's stomach since kaiman still has a lizard face

En is the worst, it was going perfectly with old kaiman, thats the only one needed, not en. Also the tube attaching to kaiman is interesting since magic doesn't effect him possibly

Everyone saw her blush when she saw him, why she downplaying it lol, guess can't give kaiman the satisfaction

This is needless drama, aa sister out of nowhere, a party that doesn't matter, just trash stitched together. This is a shonen, the only good parts are the fights and recruiting, not this failed melodrama. I don't like power fantasies like solo leveling, I like the magical hunts, they are unique
