I still find her incredibly disgusting, with all she went in her past life she should've been a wise and mature girl. She went through a ton of shit, got her brother killed and even got old enough to where her daughter was quite old. The fact she just doesn't change even through all of that is just down right amazing. Like how shitty can you be to not change after all that

Sorry to break it for you but the last arc from where the main story is right now is the last good part, the story just gonna go downhill from there.

They aren't kids, they're young men and woman, dealing with feelings is something 10 years or under can't handle, but teens can. Or where you and everyone you knew was so emotional stunted as a teen that you weren't even able to know if you liked someone or not? It's not complicated at all. Either you like someone or don't. At least mc realized that the way he acted towards her was straight up just harassment. The female mc is the only that refuses to acknowledge even to herself that she likes mc.

Ok we know as the readers that the daughter is messed up, but what is it with those 2 that are so suspicious of them

Well with the pacing it has it makes sense, it's good to try and give other characters the spotlight but when it takes over the main characters screentime it becomes bad. It would be good if the other characters story was interesting but in this one their story is so bring and tedious that it ruins the whole story

Even worse is that the kid doesn't even appreciate the dad, sure the dad was a useless dumbass. But for the kid to only look at his struggles and be like yeah he's weak. No wonder the kid became a menace in the timeline of the dumb returner

Well this boring, like literal basic of the basic. Overused power, mc with no personality, annoying side characters, dumb villains. Nothing out of this novel is exceptional
