I'm unbelievably proud of Babylon! He foresaw his reaction and learned from those around him. Since the church arc he's become my favorite! I gotta admit I didn't understand Guisarme's reasoning here. I still hate him for having Jade's body and I pray we learn that Jade's soul might be somewhere in heaven with a chance to return! The only takeaway I really got out of this chapter is all of Guisarme's current potential is what Jade could've been.

The fox oneesan is fine.The 3 ninja beastfolk froze the Undead Captains they were fighting and escaped. The dragon trained Arc and the Elf lady who just encountered it is Older Sister of the elf traveling with Arc.

Zelecia/Chako has a cool ability even if we got the bare minimum of how it works. I had wondered if her attacks were intangible but it's good to see she can still be touched.

The whole point of this cycle was to ensure everyone gets a happy ending. The cruelty of being or becoming a Negator is usually how the ability given contradicts the person’s goals or beliefs. Example: Fuuko’s greatest strength is her kindness but her Unluck initially only worked on those she’s fond of. This whole cycle was to win and get a happy ending.

We got enough foreshadowing that with a bit of speculation you could gauge from this chapter and the previous one that Nasiens is the Fairy King's & Queen's legitimate child while Mertyl is a human that got swapped.

Damn, never would have thought Shin's telepathy would be a crutch. In terms of combat he's almost A-Rank but..he's up against S-Rank enemies. That telepathy is definitely the edge!

Futaba really just maxed her way through the ground lol! Hifumi's blooming producing Someinine energy definitely seems like a new gen thing considering it wasn't something the family could do initially. Just their dad. Even if Himfumi isn't handling the strain from her blooming her control over it is amazing!

I'm not normally sentimental but Jade's existence is special. He represented HOPE! So seeing this Mofo again with his body is like spitting on Jade's legacy! I've read this author's work so I know what kind of Deus Ex Machina stuff could occur but I hate that it had to be that Demon again! Seeing him reminds me of what we loss!...Also Babylon is the GOAT! He's been through thick & thin inheriting Qi, Holy Magic, and Jade's fighting style! I don't think he's gonna get offed so easily but...it had to be him to see this demon look alike.
