Jesus christ Estelle really nose-dived her character arc in the last 20 chapters, huh?

Estelle has really been dropping the ball lately imho. She plays around with people's feelings on a whim. I really liked her character in the beginning but the way she grew up really turned out to be this selfish and immature route that I can't believe the author stuck with this long.

I'm going to finish it because the novel is done now, but i'm just sad because I would have thought the loving family she met would have given her a different path to maturity.

The mc really bugs me sometimes. Like how she skipped around the serious problems of using the spirit's power. How can she expect honesty from the people around her if she can't be honest herself?

Obviously I still want her to be happy but she's risking her own safety and the safety of others around her. Given that she's 16 now, she may not be an adult yet but I would have hoped she might have understood just how dangerous high society can be by now. And ignoring the warnings about how dangerous the use of spirit power can be is also irritating.

I wish I knew why Isekai novels have to use a whole chapter on cooking this early in a story xD

For anyone who ever thinks "Oh what a lucky guy", your brains are rotten straight through. Not everyone wants to be assaulted. In fact most people would hate to be taken against their will whether it be by a beautiful person or not. It's not about looks or whether or not you're a man or woman. It's about the fact that without consent, it's just violence.

The problem is that since we are taught that sex is just amazing for men and we also know that people can be aroused even when assaulted, we don't understand the traumas it can inflict on others or ourselves.

All I know is I immediately want to pummel the biaaaatch who did this to this poor boy.
