Dealing with time travel is a bit tricky but think of it like as soon as mc was born time stopped for him letting her go through all 8 lives and then both of their timelines remerged on her final life. The only thing this story has going for it is the art team. MC is not smart and the side characters outclass him in how dumb they are. Plot armor and convenience items really are a crutch for the story. He will literally get a ability or item needed for the next chapter its that bad. No for shadowing at all and we have NO idea what the MC's convictions even are at this point.

If they are in a party they would know he is still alive since they did not see his log out msg. Why did they just leave him?

Anti-Society would be the structure they are in right now. Right now it seems like they are in a Monarchy that divides people by title and money. It leave people who are not " noble " at an unfair disadvantage that might keep them from opportunities and recourses.
Since our MC found out that his fake identity lent out his approval for the experimentation that means the identity would have ties to the experiments even if he did not conduct them himself.
