I used to self downvote when I wrote something that even I thought was not necessary... but I can't do that either now, if self upvotes were stupid, I'd say self downvotes were at least a good way to show humility.

On another note, I miss being able to toggle comments and hide them and all the replies in them....

The question is, how big were those other pirate sites and how much traffic were they getting that they weren't noticed yet by the big authorities?

man this is rough. What if I wrote a tasteless comment, and everyone downvoted me and I wanted to agree with them and downvote myself too? Whoever made this comment system must be a kid who doesn't know how to socialize and make proper comment boards.
