the anime is currently ahead of the manga, at chapter 100 atleast, and the anime only has 8 episodes this season (four season total when writing this, so season 4 episode 8 is ahead of chapter 100) although, the manga will probably be ahead eventually cuz the 4th season is only going to have 12 episodes (although it'll take a couple months for it to catch up, or maybe even close to a year cuz this does monthy chapters and the anime i feel like episode 8 did around 2-3 chapters (hard to tell cuz it was part of chapter 100 and onward))

i think bat man like fighter is unique, atleast in this universe, i dont think theres any heroes that are quirkless that fight using tools, unless the editor meant in general and referenced batman and saying izuku wouldnt be unique that way
