I beg to differ, the author wanted it to be so the character is whatevermaxxing to the extreme, he wanted the mc to be literally perfect. That‘s why it kinda had to be a reincarnation, as no kid would suddenly start some life-long plan and start training to be the perfect girl (Ig), plus it is definitely easier to write a character as a guy who thinks like a guy. It would be harder to explain the motivation that a kid has to put all into preparing to be NTRed. And isn’t the literal point of writing NTR to make it seem gross (Well Ig some people really have some fetish for it)?
