Funny, but definitely body dysmorphic. This level of hyper awareness of your intake vs. your output to dogmatically control your caloric balance is not normal. You can have good-tasting food while being jacked; the body building community's obsession with the negligible effects spices have on someone's gains is as absurd as it is mind-boggling. Besides, this manhwa centers on body building, not strength training. Strength training looks like Scottish log tossers. Body building, like shown here, leaves your core weak.
Do what you want with your body, by all means, but don't take this manhwa seriously when they're saying that the Dorito Torso is the height of strength.
I used to lift until my injuries with the USN caught up to me; funnily enough, I picked up lifting in the military, too. It wasn't until I couldn't work out anymore did I learn how to properly train for strength, and my obsession with a narrow waist was never going to achieve my goals nor was it going to happen. Different body type than one that can attain that.
