Back after 25 chapters. Very mixed opinions. I have so many questions and they have not given me a single answer yet. I am intrigued for the mystery but in the same vein, I'm not sure how invested I actually am in the mystery. I also hate all 3 characters introduced so far, the main man and girl have very little personality so far and the other guy is just insane for the sake of being insane. I think they could've done with a couple extra chapters at the start to develop the characters in a way so we can understand what they were like before the crash just so we can compare it to what they're like now. I'm gonna keep reading and let it cook a lil more and hopefully it surprises me with something lovely.

My brother in christ, not every character has to be redeemed. It's a story, it's fine to have some characters that are just evil for greed or need for power. You don't have to make every villain 'misunderstood.' It kills the weight of the defeat if he wasn't actually that bad just 'lonley'

You put exactly what I thought into words. Idgaf about half of class 1A, it feels so shoe horned in just for a quick reaction. Also it feels weird that they're literally the only ones there. You made mention of 1B but what about literally all the others heroes? There's gotta be other people around to help beat the biggest villain in the world currently, yet it's just one class of literal teenagers. Feels like that moment in avengers endgame when all the women team up in the last fight scene. It's a nice moment but really doesn't make much sense as you assume literally everyone else just sits down and watches

More sports manga just having sports action with no dialogue. It works so well

It is starting to feel very repetitive. I love this shit usually but the same thing over and over again gets boring. Would like to see some sort of hinderance to make it more difficult for him to fight

An ecchi romcom with one of the dumbest plots has much better character development and writing then nearly every other romcom. Let that sink in

Honestly, I kinda dig the ending though. Will not get into spoilers but I actually thought it stuck the landing well. Where I think this manga falters though is it's characters which is a problem because it's a very character driven story. It feels like all of their motivations are very one note. For example, protagonist saying he can only be with her but then talks himself out of it a couple chapters later. It is possible to write something like that but it feels very abrupt when the whole rest of the manga he's talking about how he can never let her be alone. It's just not done well. Furthermore, female protagonist's motivations are very shoehorned into the ending. There really isn't much foreshadowing about anything in her life and people just rock up out of nowhere to cause issues. Again, not how to write a story. Lastly, the side characters really felt like one note people. Evil for the sake of being evil with no real interesting motivations. Overall, not a horrible read but definitely not a good one. Very average, if you want to see a bleak and better romance, just read boys abyss. It's being dragged on a lot currently but the first 50-80 chapters are really good imo
