I think the future will Indeed change since what happened here will change the future tho I don't think Yang Jagak will possess the young leader again, perhaps the author will ignore it completely and continue in the past or make Yang Jagak exist only as the "monster" along with MC.. Only thing I'm not sure how the author will explain is how the fake MC (Yang Jagak) is present since there will be 2 of him in the future, perhaps the alternate universe route is the author's choice.....

Basically, the real young leader kind of regressed back(?), I think its better to say that yang jagak (the orthodox guy who possessed the young leader who was MC till recently) somehow regressed to the past as the "monster" who helps the real young leader in the past and he helps the real MC to beat the strategist and shares his memories of the future with the past version of the young leader and the story continues from his (the real MC/ past young leader) perspective. Its confusing yes due to the poor transition but basically Yang jagak (Fake MC) went to the past as the "monster" and shared his memories with past real MC and the story continues from there.

No the fairy queen is an idiot, She didn't explain anything at all to elle. She didn't say what it was for, what not to do and why she was supposed to guard it at all... If you don't know that you're not supposed to do then obviously we will get curious and do it. The lake "looks" important you say? It looks just like an ordinary lake, it only "looked" important because you KNOW that it is important, if you didn't get told that its important, it would just be an ordinary lake. Elle is not at fault here, she was only curious and threw rocks in because she didn't get any instructions otherwise other than "guard the lake"... what would that have meant? Protect the lake from pollution? Most (and elle) will assume that its to guard it from trespassers or maybe some enemy/monster. The fault is completely on the Fairy Queen here, she is just legit STOOPID

Honestly yes, I would prefer Black Hand to win over "Red Mask". He has better character development and we got a lot of screentime of him but he was never really utilized properly while "Red Mask" character arc already ended long before.
