honestly don't understand manga/hwa/hua creators' obsession with making things "the weakest". The talker job sounds honestly quite useful in a commander position and seeing how his party is somewhat reliant on his buffs for the vampire fight it's not as if the job abilities of a talker are weak either. Definitely more reliant on knowledge of monsters and strategy but the speaker job isn't something I'd call "the weakest" job
