do people usually just get colds whenever they get rained on? I see it alot in manga and I can't tell if its just for added spice/drama or people get sick that often from the cold and rain? (read somewhere that lower body temp due to the cold means the body can't burn away a cold that it could be dealing with but not sure how accurate that is). maybe all romcom anime/manga protags have heavily compromised immune systems?

I actually preferred the original art style. It wasn't super high res like some of the new ones but it was unique (rustic I guess?) and I liked that. Season 2 and 3 both felt like a poor copy of the style everyone else was using at the time.
