I don't get what you're saying, looks like the same person to me. Only difference is the hair is blowing back from the fast movement and the angle plus facial expression.

I mean as much as you can tell characters apart in many of these asian comics. Often you do end up using hair color and style to identify characters so it is somewhat understandable for the hair being positioned differently to confuse you, like to a degree. But face, eyes, hair, and clothing are all the same and reasonably unique aside from the aforementioned 'differences', so it shouldn't be that confusing.
