Reading this... Makes me feel depressed since i can feel what he feels...

I'm no expert but i think the MC (Allen) has a negative thinking due to his previous life always being make fun of, blamed, underestimated, etc... (he probably never been praise at least once that's why he want to show off his knowledge and skills) well these are usually the reasons... Well... If he didn't get immune to the insults he would likely going to commit suicide instead... You either adapt and accept or get eaten by your emotions and take your life...
