Yeah this isn't a "read 1 chapter every 3 or so months" kind of story... I may just put this on hold and let a few chapters build up.

Think of him like a goody two shoes who believes whole wholeheartedly in the phrase "Power Corrupts, Absolute power corrupts Absolutely"

He has leashed himself to others, and lives in a world where he either has to protect the weak or limit/kill the strong.

The first is the better of the two, but it's still good, better graphics, actual human interaction, etc.

The main issue for two is that it felt a lot easier than the original (ships changed to be modular so you stick with the one throughout and you very quickly get the ability to shock anything that attacks it)

It's still worth a play though. Just sucks I haven't found anything since that scratches that Subnautica itch.

So far the Merchant is the least terrible, but that whole bird thing was an asshole move.
