He spared thier lives and potential but not once did he take responsibility for his actions toward them. It's like shallow sympathy, a pat on the back but no real emotional support. Just platitudes.

The storyline is done really well. A lot of people say this is slow pace or even get frustrated from the lack of fighting from the main character.
However, though this is a martial arts story, the main character is and has always been a scholar.I don't want to spoil, but I do admire the main characters will and strength in his decisions. I think if people read this with an open mind you'll be able to enjoy the story more.
Though in my heart of hearts I want to see this guy kick some serious butt. I mean the guy always resolve things with words but let me see your sword too

At first, I wasn't expecting much, but I was proven wrong very quickly and now I'm obsessed. It's not just the MC, it's the fucking hand that really won me over. Why? Because if anyone dares to hurt that severed hand I will kill everyone in this room and then myself. Seriously though, this is definitely something you should take a chance on. Not only is the MC well written, but he's also not as pervy as others who have come onto power. The MC is crazy af don't get me wrong, but it's the type of crazy logic that you can follow. The hand won my heart but with the MC together, well I'm already down on one knee
