This is because the chapter is ripped from Manga Up, an official translation behind a paywall. Usually, we get a whole chapter every three weeks. This chapter marks the end of manga vol. 5.

4th volume IMO is the most fun. You get to see Lily in action, some little adventures, and Rynox's antics. Unfortunately, the 5th is a slog. But it picks up again in the 6th.

M8, the only available RAW, is also not showing the nipple on some panels. It is actually easier to search RAW than guess if the translator made some edits to the pictures.

This is because this manga was published by a "normal" publisher. Think of Jump SQ when they included TLR Darkness. The original TLR can't stay in Jump because it became too spicy. Jump SQ can publish it because it is a different division and a smaller market. This manga isn't published in COMIX X-EROS, HOTMILK, or Comic Aun. The swimsuit has no highlights and shadows, thus it looks flat. This contributes to the swimsuit looking censored. I have already read the tanko JP version and it is exactly like that.

I really hate it when manga-ka put flashbacks in the middle or near the end of a battle. Maybe it's because when I was a child read Dragon Ball and Tekken Chinmi, I expected the battle flow to be similar to those manga. But then Naruto and Demon Slayer put flashbacks, and it feels like they're just dragging the story.
