F to the grandmother. Its the nature of the story, but the way the author pulls out the drama of watching those around you grow and wither while you remain the same is well done.

I think this does a good job of showing the struggles of different life spans and relationships without getting too heavy. I could imagine it would be extremely hard to handle as a child, it would get easier as they get older like aesir, and then it would become hard again as you struggle to remember your precious acquaintances/ miss their presence.

Its too bad Glen has plot armor and didnt die. Remember that the knight captain that got destroyed was supposed to be as strong if not a little stronger than the princess and Glen. Unfortunately, the knight captain didn't read the plot and was nerfed against the demon kings.

I absolutely love the party. It might be one of the best mangas at having fun interesting side characters around the main character.

Burren has to step his game up. Dude was talking mad shit early on and he can't even win his duel.

Glen is a trash character, but he served as a good plot device. Also the main party's dynamics is fantastic.

Yeah the backstories of the antagonist characters continue to be absolutely garbage.

I am enjoying the manga, but the Author has no skill at writing antagonistic characters. I think from now on I'll just skip their backstories because they are absolutely garbage.
