Now, I've just read Tokyo Ghoul/re and watched Your Lie In April and none of them could make me cry.

Ah yes, this will probably mark the end of the 24 episode anime that just released of Kusuriya no Hitorigoto. 
I'm excited to see all of this animated! On to the next arc I go! ....

I believe the last two pages were a foreshadowing, meaning Rosentine will choose to become the goddess' light and free her from her eternal suffering in servitude by breaking the curse and becoming queen.

This series and the first season has been overall great with some unexpected turns of events as it kept growing more and more interesting while still keeping the simple premise of a reincarnated heroine in a love story.
