Well. Fair, no one likes being badgered.

Can't decide if I think the Empress sent those assassins or not. She seems like the sort to demand quality from people who do any kind of work for her, especially after she spent so long hunting down Code.

On the other hand, she did just get done with saying power absolves her of responsibility; and it's possible the assassins only seem lackluster because it's Code dealing with them.
