I said you were making an assumption about a frame of reference. Not that you actually said anything about it. And you are making an assumption about it. You just don't realize that.

An inertial frame of reference is a concept of classical physics. You will learn about this in any Physics class you happen to take. In order to determine your velocity, you have to define it "relative" to something else. I'll give two examples to demonstrate this:

Ex 1: You're in a train that's traveling 30 km/h and you're walking through the train towards its rear compartment at a rate of 1 km/h. How fast are you moving? That depends on what you're comparing your movement to. If you want to know your speed compared to the train's speed, you're moving 1 km/h. If you want your speed compared to the road, you're going 29 km/h (30km for the train, -1km for you walking). Both of these answers are valid. Neither is more valid than the other. If you only want to know your speed relative to the train, there's zero reason to consider how fast the Earth is moving around the sun, or the sun around the milky way, etc.

Ex 2: Imagine that you exist but that the rest of space is completely empty. There are no planets, stars, or any other physical bodies. Are you moving? Without some other physical body to compare your position to, how would you even know? Now imagine one other person is there in space with you and the distance between you and them is increasing. From your perspective, it appears they're moving away. From their perspective, it appears you're moving away. Who's correct? Neither, and both. It entirely depends on which object you consider to be stationary (the "fixed point of reference"), and each of you is picking yourself as that fixed point.

Your argument that teleporting will send you off into space assumes the Earth will move away from you. It assumes the Earth is moving at some speed and that you won't be moving at that speed in order to keep up with the Earth. But there is no single, objective way to say how fast the Earth is moving. Speed is relative. Without deciding what it's relative to, you can't say how fast you're going. The Earth's velocity relative to the sun is a much different answer than the Earth's velocity relative to the center of the Milky Way, which is wildly different than Earth's velocity compared to Andromeda, etc. You get different answers for every possible "fixed point" you're compared the Earth's position to. This is why it's impossible to say how far from Earth you'd end up if you teleported. That depends on how fast the Earth is moving. And that depends on the fixed position you've chosen. This is a paradox.
