Regardless the cost to himself, the trauma and dissonance made him a stuttering idiot.

I am okay.
It has been 15-18 years since those dark years.

I have grown up and they are becoming more considerable.
There are still some flaws, but they in many ways are changed.
My Father is a good man, he simply trust his wife too much. He is strict but only hit me to ensure I am not becoming a bad kid. He is also strict with himself and apologize when he do mistake. So I never hated him.

My Mother are a very sociable woman and makes friends anywhere. Well.. she also involved in plenty of mouth-fights..
But she is far more humane today, and start to be willing to listen to my advices. She also significantly become less toxic this year (idk why).
She is always a good business woman and helped my father through turbulent times (including covid).

Recently, after stumbled upon plenty of family conflict (her friend's), she seems realized her wrong doings as a parent and want to become a better mother.
(it is kinda late tho, I am a big dude now)

Our relation is kinda good now. But I always flinch and run away when she tries to hug/touch me.
Idk, I just can't be relaxed around her anymore.
