Long ago, there existed two different groups of people. One had red blood and the other had blue blood. They co-existed peacefully, but eventually they started to hate each other and a war broke out.
The massive red blood army initially overwhelmed the blue blood, but with the help of new technology developed by Kodo, the prince of the blue blood, the blue bloods were victorious. That technology, called the Haguruma, is a powerful, robot-type machinery capable of devastating destruction.
As the red blood people were enslaved, Kodo realized what monstrosity his people were using his Haguruma for. Helpless red blood people were being hunted down and murdered. Overwhelmed by guilt, Kodo rescued the refugee red bloods and refused to build any more machines. His father, the king, ordered him to be executed, but he barely escaped and now without a home, he must survive on his own.

In the year 2162, a tiger cub named Koga was transported to Earth from another dimension. Originally thought to be a normal tiger cub, he was brought up on an endangered animal reserve. Eventually he starts talking, and walking on 2 feet. Cigar Boy (oneshot) - Sugita Nobuyoshi (25 years old) is everyone's acknowledged lolicon, and he admits it himself. Going out and about from the office to fetch a carton of maisen, he is mistaken for an old man and is given a weird brand of cigarettes called 'Cigar Boy' from a mysterious kid who is a boy but happens to look too much like a girl. Dr. Vamp (oneshot) - Tanzawa Chemical Production Second Department new employee Okamoto, seems to be a bit lethargic at the moment. He and fellow colleagues discuss what might be wrong.
