This manga was writen to promote the TV series by the same name licensed by ADV. It covers situations not in the anime. It's about a cute female robot that has the brain of a cat.

The title character is Arisu Tanigawa, an aircraft pilot who gained extraordinary flying skills under the expert tutelage of her father when she was young — but who also has some issues. Arisu's life changes when she has a chance encounter with a mysterious boy on the same airplane she is piloting.

Pai is a strange, provincial woman who has come to Tokyo from the Tibetan highlands. Somewhere in Tokyo is a young man who can help her in her quest... to become human!
When Pai finally finds Yakumo, they set off in search of the artifact that can transform her, but it will take all of her mystical powers to keep the reckless Yakumo alive, even if she has to steal his soul to protect him!

The story is set in Japan in the middle ages. Tsujimura Genzo is a puppeteer whose heart has become as hard as stone due to the murder of his beloved wife.

In each story, Genzo brings the dead back alive as puppets, and by doing so, he is able to solve mysterious incidents or help a dead man's soul. Kikuhime, a young "tomboy" princess is Genzo's companion and helps him fight the villains.

Fujimiya Momiji is a descendant of the Kushinada clan, whose women possess the power to defeat the Aragami, an alien plant-like race, by sacrifice.

After centuries of slumber, the Aragami have awakened and are invading Tokyo en route to conquering the world. In their way are the hapless schoolgirl Momiji, infected with one of the "Blue Seeds", the curved magatama beads that are the heart and soul of the Aragami; the TAC, a government agency whose sole mission is to stop the Aragami; and Kusanagi Mamoru, a young man infused with Aragami blood who swears vengeance on those who took his family away from him.

Like the heroes of the past, this ragtag band of misfits must work together to defeat an ancient menace from the past, and one far closer to home.

Kuzumi Kentarou is a salesman and also an organ donor card owner (their organs get donated upon death). He gets mugged and almost dies but eventually regains consciousness in a hospital and sees a patient with an ailing heart, Hasegawa Kirin, who tells him that he is completely compatible with her... as a donor.

Kentarou promises to give his heart to her. However, Kentarou lives on, but he never got into college. He now works part-time in the hospital where he begs Kisaragi Ryouko, an organ transplant coordinator, "when will Kirin receive his heart?"

Hiroki Ichinose was having another regular day in high school. Then suddenly from a blinding light near his house, a girl claiming she came from the future appears. Her purpose turns out to be is to cure her ailing mother in the future through genetic manipulation but since changing the future is forbidden she is being pursued by future's timecops. Added to that, the girl turns out be his daughter!
